Inquiry and file-submission terms

Submitting an inquiry allows us to perform an initial production assessment. It does not create a purchase contract.

1. Preliminary information

Website replies, preliminary prices, MOQ, sampling times and delivery estimates are for project assessment. A formal engagement is based on the approved quotation, sample, process requirements, payment terms and order documents.

2. Permission to review files

You confirm that you may provide the artwork, character information, trademarks, images and reference files you upload, and allow us to use them only for this assessment, sampling and related production communication.

3. Intellectual property

Uploading a file does not transfer its intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that the project does not infringe third-party rights. We may ask for authorization evidence for licensed IP projects.

4. MOQ and timing

Typical MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces, a typical first sample takes about seven days, and mass production is typically about 30 days after sample approval. Actual terms vary with size, materials, construction, quantity, testing, packaging and production scheduling.

5. Confidentiality

Ordinary inquiries are handled under the privacy policy. If formal confidentiality is required, a written NDA should be signed before unpublished or high-value design materials are shared.

6. Prohibited submissions

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, unrelated sensitive personal information or files you have no right to use. We may decline projects that present legal, compliance or rights risks.
