This policy applies to inquiries and files submitted through 168plushtoys.com, cn.168plushtoys.com and their English-language pages.

We may collect your name, company or brand, email, phone or messaging account, product type, estimated quantity, destination market, target date, project description and any artwork or reference file you choose to upload.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to identify and answer inquiries, assess product structure and processes, prepare quotation and sampling guidance, continue project communications, and protect the website and inquiry system.

4. Storage and service providers

Depending on the website entry point, hosting, file-storage and email-notification providers may process information in or outside mainland China. Inquiries submitted through the China site are first stored on a mainland China server; necessary contact details and an inquiry summary may be sent to the company mailbox through an email provider.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for inquiry handling, production assessment, cooperation management and applicable legal requirements. We use access controls, least-privilege permissions and backups. Do not submit unrelated identity documents, payment passwords or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Customer files are not used for unrelated public display. Projects requiring stronger confidentiality can be covered by a separate NDA before complete design materials are shared.
